Thank you for shopping with us! Because we strive to provide unique pieces while reducing environmental waste, we operate under a made-to-order model. This means your item doesn't exist until you order it.

Due to the personalized nature of our production process, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy.
Important: Sizing & Fit

Since every garment is created specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or swaps for incorrect sizing.

Check the Chart: We provide a comprehensive Sizing Chart on every product page.

Measure Twice: We highly recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing those dimensions to our chart to ensure a perfect fit.

Need Help? If you are between sizes or unsure about a specific fit, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues, we stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we want to make it right.

To report an issue:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the item has entered the production phase and the order cannot be canceled.
